My dancer had 100% agility with a good boost from zero. with sorcery just throw dancer armor over some good heavy gear with boosts that suit your taste. Armor type doesn’t effect thralls at all as far as I know. It doesnt, that fit was removed time ago. All thralls should be in heavy. Armor type makes no difference. The relic hunters are not bad archers because they normally have high agility. And if you get the bows with power darw, they do strength damage, so Freya and Diana are both good and easy to get thralls for that. Only found one strength bow so far. I'll try the relic hunters.
