If the pump doesn't run for about 3 seconds when you cycle the key on, then you need to find out why. Sometimes it's just a faulty relay or a bad connection. If the pump is getting power but still don't spool up when you cycle the key, then the pump is bad.Now it spins like a champ but still done not turn the engine over. And this is with a new bendix.
